As for the baby’s room, it should preferably hushed, tepid enough yet not that oppressive, likewise hazily lit. 
  1. Bedtime habit. One efficient scheme that would help both parents and babies overcome the sleeping struggle through the nights is incorporating the bedtime habits. This entails that parents should think of better ways to help their baby find out how to recuperate and regularly fall asleep. Part of this bedtime routine is the most common bedtime story-telling. In addition are the humming songs, lullaby and a cuddle. This should not only be done by mothers but also recommended for fathers to be through.
